"Intelligent" Manufacturing Empowerment, Moving Towards "New" | Ecrieepower Medical Electronic Flexible Production Line Officially Put Into Operation

On the morning of May 13, the company held a grand ribbon-cutting ceremony for the commissioning and launch of its medical electronics flexible production line at the Shinan Road production base. Zhang Chengwei, Chairman of CETC Ecriee, and Gong Jiehong, General Manager, visited the site for guidance. Wang Xiaolong, Chairman of Ecrieepower, and Cao Xinghu, General Manager, along with other members of the company's leadership team, attended this event.

The Ecrieepower medical electronics production line is designed based on lean production principles, combining product process and market demand characteristics, with full consideration of ergonomics, balancing intrinsic safety, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement. It breaks down work silos and adopts a pulsating operation mode (modeled after automotive production lines), effectively eliminating waste in transportation, waiting, inventory, and floor space utilization. Meanwhile, to maximize the liberation of labor, through research on key processes, partial semi-automation and digitalization have been achieved. Overall, it features high reliability, high efficiency, and high flexibility, enabling an efficiency improvement of over 30%.

Compared with conventional production lines, the new production line has a high degree of flexibility. With a single-line layout of 1.8 meters wide and 18 meters long, it can adapt to various medical cabinet production needs and adjust production capacity around the clock according to order conditions. In addition, the production line adopts highly integrated multi-functional workstations and flexible robotic arms, significantly shortening assembly time. The assembly of key components has been improved from the original 3 people completing one unit in 30 minutes to 2 people completing it in just 4 minutes, significantly improving efficiency and quality.
